Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are free of pet hair and odors to meet our hygiene standards.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
